What was once a thriving mining town has become a well-preserved historic stop on the way to Tucson. With turn-of-the-century architecture, mom-and-pop shops, and some great coffee shops, it’s worth stopping for an hour!

We were in Florence a week and we still don’t feel like we saw it all. It’s the birthplace of so much history and art, the epicenter for powerful families, and a place so well preserved in time that you don’t know whether you’ve time traveled. And… don’t get us started on the food scene and fashion houses galore!
